It depends, yesterday was cloudy but reached 23.2C (after an overnight low of 21.2C) so that felt very summer like, but today in the sunshine it reached 25.5C (after a low of 20.9C) so although it was warm it did feel more like September than July...

At least, you won't feel out of your element! Strangely, Paris, smack in the middle, is noticeably chillier than both:

Yawn

When I see those temperatures I gladly keep the cloudy northern European filth.

No thanks.

If I go more than 2-3 days without seeing the sun I go crazy.

These days I am too busy to go outside for extended periods. Nothing worse than being inside on a cloudy day which makes everything so dark.

Sun brightens my mood, no matter the outside temperature.

Not as sunny as in Winnipeg but hopefully better than in weekend when we had an unpleasant combination of gloomy, cloudy weather and cold >//www.city-data.com/forum/37463647-post94.html
In next weekend it will be cloudier again, with above average temperatures.
