A horrendous black cloud with two spouts hanging from it rolled out into the middle of Penobscot Bay up here in Belfast, Maine and the wind here went from 6 mph to 40 in about 2 minutes!!!!!! I watched the spout drop down closer and closer to the water, but after about 20 minutes the wind got it and sent that nasty thing packing out to sea! Someone out on the Atlantic side of Islesboro must have gotten their sails in a bunch!!! WICKED!!!
Now the sun is back out, temp is a delicious 66° and there is a wonderful breeze WNW @ 10 mph. Humidity is 62%, but with that gawjus breeze you'd just never know it was up to that.
Off for cocktails at the shoreline at 5:00. Have a nice Friday evening everyone!

I was out cooking on the grill and all of a sudden... it felt like I was in Kansas. Lost power around 12:30pm and still out when I lfet for work. Very dark and gloomy.... then the sun came back out later.
