Back from Paris very late last night....MAN WHAT A FANTASTIC CITY!!!! We ran non-stop for 2 days and I could have spent 2 weeks in the Louve alone!!!! The beauty, history and just magic of Paris is very hard to describe...so I will let some of the 700 pictures (no joke, close to 700) tell the story.
The weather was PERFECT...sunny and warm and overcast, but not cold except on the Seine cruise in the evening...but even then only cool needing a light windbreaker type of jacket. A big thunderstorm moved thru at 7pm last night...but since we were at the train station waiting for the ICE train, it did not impede our time there at all. This train is fantastic to travel on, hit 314KM speed traveling back to Germany.
Today is recovery/laundry/get my polish pottery packed up to mail out day, then in the morning off to Holland and the tulip festival! Everyone have a FANTASTIC Thursday!
