Good morning!

It's a beautiful 53 degrees and calm and foggy. Humidity is 99% and dewpoint is 53. We're heading for 80 today. FINALLY!!!!

Yesterday we hit a whopping 63/avg. 80/record 102 in 1956.

Our low was 56, the exact avg. and the record was 42 in 1927.

Today is the start of our warmup and that'll be wonderful. We've been down at 60 or just a bit above for about a week now so a warmup is very welcome.

Yes, expecting some GREAT news on your house MaryBeth....just FYI we have found that IF you really want the house, give them an offer with a contingency of 24 hours to respond...you would be amazed how that sets the "s%*t" or get off the pot factor...they figure that you will move it means you mean business and will deal or move forward quickly.

Our weather for the most part is "not bad", (mid-60's to low 70's F)
but it still is not "summer-like" (75+ F highs)

The 14 day forecast is not looking good either;
no pattern of mostly-75+ F highs anytime this month...

So "summer" might not start until July in Toronto.
We have been stuck in perpetual late spring since mid-May.

*I'm hoping to be able to do watersports on our lakes eventually this summer,
so our "prolonged-coolness" is definitely a hinderance for that.
