It is only 100 degrees at 4:29pm...a virtual cold spell here in San Antonio!
High forcast for today was 104, but maybe just maybe we won't have to suffer thru that today.
I'm beginning to thing that a nice tropical disturbance or two bringing lots of rain would be looked at very differently this year in lots of areas suffering from drought. No hurricanes, don't need that kinda trouble, but a little rain action would be most welcome.
