One of the coolest on record for NE Wisconsin, I think. According to Weatherunderground we reached 80 once and 83 that's it, two days!

Overnight lows were in the 50's almost the whole month, with one or two 60's. Rainfall was minimal, an inch and a half some places (not at my house)!

------------------------------------

Not a bad July, superior compared to July 2008 when nights were 1.5C cooler and days 1C cooler. It was awindy month though, and windchills were a problem most days, with average windspeed 24km/h in the morning and 26km/h in the afternoon, making it windier by around 6-7km/h on average than June.

July had over 45 hours more sunshine than June and about 20 more than May. Nights in July were 0.5C warmer on average than in June, while days were only 0.4C cooler. Proof that May and June suck.

Well, I don't have an exact summary, BUT TWC had a map of areas that broke the record for the coolest July in recorded history and my area got one of those dots, too. A HUGE area of the center of the country seems to have had a very cold July because there were a lot of the "cold" dots.

They also had different colored dots for areas that had the warmest July that was ever recorded. Coastal Tx. and the PNW coast were the two areas that baked.

Not as bad as June, but below average. So far, it looks like August will be better. But I will only be here until the 8th. But it's all good, because the August weather in the place I am moving is almost guaranteed to be better.
