Sleeping pills make me sleep a little too well, I notice whenever I take them I need to sleep like 10-12 hours to feel refreshed. If I sleep the standard 7-8 hours after taking a sleeping pill I wake up feeling groggy and still real tired.
The funny thing is usually I remember dreams maybe once a month if that, but there hasn't been one single night I took that pill and didn't have vivid dreams. Proof of how it increases REM.

I'm the same way. Need to sleep like 12 hours on sleeping pills and even then I'm walking around in a daze for a few hours afterwards.

Showers will turn increasingly to sleet and snow on Friday night and into Saturday morning. These will bring snow accumulations of 2 to 5 cm on ground above 200 m and perhaps 10 cm on the highest routes above 300 m. The heavier showers may even leave a cm or two of snow on low ground.
