Well, Seattle's sunniest month is July, which averages 63% sunshine. The rest of the year is very cloudy, including summer months, where sunshine is around or less than 50%. There are only 4 months in Seattle that creep above 50% sunshine percentage, the other 8 months are in the 40%, 30%, and 20% sunshine possibility range.

Yer but during the summer Toronto is perhaps amongst the warmest places, while Vancouver remains a depressing ice box.

Lately, I'd say Dallas, but just about any city in Texas. We just haven't had any kind of a winter this year and this coming weekend may offer one more cold spell. But we do have the bluest skies.

it IS hot in Toronto in the summer, went there in July of 2005 and it was 95 with very high humidity, but the warmest part of Canada in the summer is probably Lilooet, BC.

The prettiest blue sky in the country is Albuquerque, New Mexico.

These 63 %, 50 % mean completely sunny. Mostly sunny, partly cloudy and mostly cloudy days are not included.
Also rainy day doesn't mean rain all day. It means it has rained even for a few minutes

How did that visit compare to the summer weather of north Georgia/Atlanta?
I love Toronto's heat waves.
