Here in the northwest where our summers are dry, I am uncomfortable at 95F. I have no idea how I'd respond to a humid 95F.

Above 30 C° it is hot. With humidity high, it is even hotter.

Depends what I'm doing. If it's just sitting about with a cool drink then I'll take 40°C, maybe more.
If outdoor labour, then somewhere upper 20's °C.
