You will need a "Bill of Sale" or some sort of proof of cost since he will have to pay sales tax.

Very True..He works/worked very hard for this and we do not believe in handing them anything...we matched what he saved and gave him a loan for the balance of the car but every paycheck comes to us..lol Plus he pays his own insurance on the car
