Family of 4 (two boys 5 and 9) wanting to rent house or townhouse (June 15 for 2 months) near beach in Jupiter or around Jupiter. Want my children to be around alot of other kids. Any suggestions on gated communities or complexes?

Are you only looking to be here for the summer, or are you eventually looking for a place to live. I'm closing on a house in Egret Landing, of Indian Creek. From what I hear, its a great neighborhood for kids and there are a LOT of young families in the development. If you're looking to move eventually and buy, I definitely recommend it.

Good luck.

You wont find a 2 month rental in Egret Landing, but it does sound like the perfect fit for your family otherwise.

Abacoa has a bunch of townhouse neighborhoods. Tons of kids, parks, etc.

It's not gated.... but it's Jupiter. Gates aren't necessary.

If you can find something in Abacoa, that would be great, chances are slim though. The above listing (not mine don't know the owner, just a recommendation) would be a nice location for a two month getaway. Close to lots of water/parks and not far from good restaurants.
This might be decent as well RMLS RNT Customer No VT Report
