Summers in martin county west of the t.p. (beach, areas)

hey yall,
I would like to have an acre or two in pb or martin county, so it seems I will have to go west of the turnpike to get it. Big question is = how bad are the summers? how long is the serious heat? Mosquitos?
What else am I getting myself into

The weather is pretty similar inland to less inland. It's a bit cooler and breezier by the beach but not by a lot. Weather will be in the high 80's and low 90's from something like March to late November, and December to February will be a mix of 70's and low 80's with some cold spells that can dip into the 50's and 60's and sometimes into the 30's with cold snaps.

If you're somewhere developed you probably won't see a lot of mosquitos. Places that are around rural swampy areas can see a lot of them. Air conditioning and screen doors/windows keep them outside.

Anyway look at some weather charts for the area to get a sense of average highs and lows yearround.
