Hi all -

I was wondering if anyone can tell me anything about the Boca Woods neighborhood in east Boca? It's between Dixie Highway and A1A, and roughly Spanish River Rd to the north and NE 20th St to the south. Is it a family neighborhood? We like a house in that neighborhood but it does not have a pool. However, we have children, and access to a pool is a must. Is there any sort of community pool nearby we could join? Any insight would be helpful. Thanks!

Boca is a more affluent community, that has some high costs. A lot of people relocate here and go straight there when
they could get more value and the same features in other areas. This area has a lot of traffic, but is nice non the less.
I concur with FL 1150 btw. However I would encourage you to consider other areas like Boynton Beach, Green acres, Royal Palm Beach and even Wellington also areas near South Olive, or Northwood which offers a closeness to the intercostal . In all of these areas you can find homes with pools and great schools, safe communities. Check Dillman Farms 33415, Check Counterpoint Estates 33411, Check the Willows 33411, Check La Mancha 33411...there are plenty of places here in Palm Beach County. And if you want a bigger bang for your buck, consider Port St Lucie great home prices. There are local city parks and recreations throughout the county (City of West Palm Beach, City of Boca Raton, City of Wellington). Check Parentingplus.org which is a local magazine that identifies opportunity for children engagement and activity. Welcome to S. Fla. btw!
