Hey there! My husband and I are researching this franchise. We're thinking about starting one in Sacramento, CA. I know there is a location or two in the Boca Raton area, so...we want to know what you think of the setting, the gelato, and if it appears busy. If you've been there, what was your experience like?

Our family LOVES this place. The only time I've really seen it crowded has been during the summer when the kids were off from school and immediately after school. I'm sure it can also get busy in the post-dinner hour.

I'll second that. My husband and I just went here (west boca loc) for the first time. The gelato was delicious and there were several other people there ordering also. My husband who didnt even want to go in ended up loving it too! Excellent product.

I think Paciugo has to be located in a more upscale neighborhood, because the servings cost at least $3.50. I've noticed that, at least in Madison, Paciugo does better in the more affluent neighborhoods.
