Wellington's a bit of a specialty area. Get a realtor in Wellington who lives in town and has a local track record. There are a lot of agencies in town...Illustrated Properties is well known, ReMax, etc. You're best off to deal with someone locally in order to get complete and up-to-date info on village services, schools, and current property market.
