Husband applied here and is being considered for a position with this company : 4860 Sand Stone Lane West Palm Beach.
I have 2 children so if they are considering him as a candidate I want to make sure its in the good part of west palm beach.
Thanks

Take a look at the reviews of the Reflections Apartments-google them.

I think it's a low income part, but it's not THE high crime area of West Palm. It's near The Villages of West Palm Beach, which is decent, but it's out in the sprawly, lifeless and bland part of the city as well.

To work there, it'd be fine. To live there? You would be better served elsewhere.

Thanks for the info, I have done a couple of google searches and can't really find much on these apartments, about 3 or 4 reviews is all I could find. But at least it gives me some ideas. Thanks again.

That's a middle class area, I don't know why you'd consider it "low income".

I wondered because the map I found showed it was close to a golf couse and a country club. Just wanting to make sure hubby would be safe if hired.

Let's split the difference and call it "working class."

It is not an unsafe area. As mentioned above, it's near the Villages, which is a good area with Bear Lakes Country Club.

That specific section is fine, the areas south (around Okeechobee) are more lower income. I don't think you'll have too many issues living around there, it is nice overall.

As I mentioned above I would consider the areas around Okeechobee and south of there to be more "working/lower class" than this area. This section is like any other well-kept up suburb.

lakes of laguna is a nice neighborhood around there. Just stay away from the Tahoe section.
