In most cases I would agree with you, but in Morgantown's case it is a fact. Morgantown is known nationally as a city with a good quality of life. Just check out its awards: Morgantown, West Virginia - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Morgantown has several testifying to its quality of life. Charleston has none.

But, you can't blame him for loving his own town. I certainly don't. I respect him for it. I agree that we have a higher quality of life, but if you take the politicians out of the picture there are some nice folks in Charleston. We will succeed with or without their help, but we would obviously do better with it. I wish them the very best and hope they do the same for us.
