When you compare the Charleston-Huntington area to the Morgantown-Fairmont-Clarksburg-Washington PA-Pittsburgh area it loses hands down. Here is another FACT: Morgantown has a higher quality of life.
Higher quality of life is an opinion, not a fact! See you still can't provide any real facts!
But, you can't blame him for loving his own town. I certainly don't. I respect him for it. I agree that we have a higher quality of life, but if you take the politicians out of the picture there are some nice folks in Charleston. We will succeed with or without their help, but we would obviously do better with it. I wish them the very best and hope they do the same for us.
