P&G Industries, which has already hired hundreds in the Martinsburg area, plans to hire 300 more for their expanding product line produced at their plant there.

Maybe if you would Read the local News paper you would know whats going on around you. Now they are talking about expanding!!

Ironic you would say that since I work in the media industry and spend 9-12 hours per day consuming local/regional media. No need to be so harsh and make assumptions, Katie.

Furthermore, your comment is a vast exaggeration of what is being reported. Similar things happen anytime a massive project like P&G opens. We have had a record amount of rainfall which, as the article points out, is a huge factor in this issue around P&G.

If you would have backed your broad claim with these sources in your original post, we wouldn't even be having this conversation.
