Man In Iowa-Looking For Help (Fort Ashby: living in, shop, area)

I am a young man who lives in Des Moines, Iowa. I wanted to send a gift to a friend of mine living in Fort Ashby, West Virginia. The problem is that flowers cannot be sent to P.O Boxes and I cant find anyone to deliver to the door. My question is If any at all is the a Flower Shop in Fort Ashby? If so is there anyway i can make and have an order delivered to somebody?

If someone could help me at all it would be greatly welcomed.
