Tomorrow I will be checking out a rental in a condo complex on Warburton Avenue (The River Hill Condominium complex). I have seen previous posts about the building across the street, (now called The River View Club), and the majority were negative reviews/posts...but all were from approximately 2005-2008. Including brown water in the building, shotty materials used for "renovation", and people felt unsafe walking to the station. However there are no recent posts, so I was wondering if things may be different/better now. I know the further you head down Warburton towards Yonkers, the worse it is.
I was curious is anyone knows of any water issues in that area that could affect my possible rental...and I am a mid-twenties female that would head to the train around 5/5:30 am...will I be safe???? Is the train noise very bad...or comparable to typical city living? Please help me out if you can, as I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!
