Realtors in Cherokee Area? (Cullowhee, Sylva: real estate, to live, move to)

Anyone have any suggestions on folks in the Cherokee area, really any part of WNC, that are patient with newbs trying to move to the area?

Wife and I are looking for some land out that way but currently live in Florida.

You would have to get a Realtor in a neighborhing town like Cullowhee or Sylva, Murphy, Andrews, Maggie Valley, etc. one of those towns.

Cherokee NC is an Indian Reservation; you have to be a Cherokee to live there or own any real estate there.

I would recommend Joan Posey in Murphy at the ERA office, she was super helpful and patient with us, as newbs to the area.
