Does any know any history of the Hunt Hill area? When you think of Hunt Hill, if you recognize the name, what feeling does it give you?

Where is that? If I may piggyback, does anybody have a link to a map of A'ville that shows neighborhood names?

It's off MLK. I haven't met anyone who knows that area or if it has any sort of history.

OK, that's what I came up with on my google search, but I didn't realize that was the backside of Beaucatcher Mtn.

Citdata username AshvilleNative can probably tell you more. And Ralph over here: Contact Ralph | Ralph Roberts is a font of info.

Actually, I do know where the property is and even drove by it last month. But I don't know any history on it specifically.

Well, it was built in the 70's and torn down for reconstruction before the builder fell through. Now it's up for sale and has a very unique position in the community, for the right investor.

What I wanted to know is what kinda vibe it gives people? Does it still feel down trodden or has it been lifted up by being so close to Mission and AB Tech? Or is there a niche because of it's position to Memorial and Beaucatcher...

AB Tech is going to be opening a pharmaceutical school and Mission is looking to hire more employees.

The area has potential but what sorta vibe does it give off to the end user?
