We've camped there.
It was nice and quiet, tent camping only. It's also on the smallish side, but I liked that. It's also very forested, so you have chances for shade (important in the summer!)
Worst complaint, if you can call it that, lol, is that is is nestled down behind a mountan and once the sun was sunk below the mountain if felt later and darker than it really was. But it's very convenient to Hot Springs if you want go out to eat, play in the river or just take a soak in one of the outdoor hot tubs
