How about a WNC map and an Asheville area map with all the "neighborhoods" labeled. I've seen one somewhere. Maybe the chamber of commerce site?

I did some searching and found a couple interactive maps (just Asheville, not the entire region) but most were tied to real estate offices or some other commercial endeavour. A Chamber of Commerce map might be OK, or one from a Visitor's Bureau -- I can certainly take a look and see.

And, again, what I can do is either delete or add to the current map, then unlock the thread and open it up for informational entries. Call it the Area Information/Map thread or something like that. Is that what people are looking for?

That sounds like a good idea. Combine the map and information threads into one, thereby keeping two stickies but effectively having three. Good thinkin'.
