I have been calling the schools, and asking around and have yet to get a answer about programs for children with Autism. I have a 3 year old with Autism and he is currently enrolled in a all day preschool near where I live now in NY. He receives all his services there, OT, PT, Speech and ABA for Autism. this school is provided through the county as Early Intervention.
What in Asheville is available for children with Autism? a special school, special classroom, anything at all?? We are seriously looking at the area to move to but his education is our TOP priority. I am finding it strange to have such a hard time just finding what is available.....
