The Harrah's in the Qualla Boundary sadly is now "wet". The tribe voted on it in 2009.
Cherokee casino to be dry no more

If PD did utter anything of a racist comment it would be appropriate for her restaurant within the Qualla Boundary to be removed. The Qualla Boundary is the sovereign nation of the Eastern Band of Cherokee.

I visit the Boundary often as I have friends who live there but have never visited the casino...no interest.

Until there is a trial with witnesses giving testimony, I assume nothing about how Bubba treated his employees.

I think casinos need to allow smoking and drinking be competitive. People may as soon go to a bar in town than to drive to the casino if they can't drink. Maybe there should be a non-smoking-drinking section. If you're gambling u are already being sinful. Many people complained about no live poker and they would have made lots of fun over being dry, especially these same people who have visited Vegas and other places. When u think of casino, drinks smoking and clubs are pretty much expected.

Black pepper? This is going to be harder than I thought.

Use chili powder or steak seasoning, that's neutral stuff... although I am a vegetarian and therefore don't support steak products.
