Our plan to relocate to WNC is moving forward. We purchased land in Cummings Cove outside of Hendersonville and have been working on a house design for our lot.
Goal is to move down and take an appt in 18 while the build is underway...
Lots to do here and there for all of it to come together but we are pretty stoked

We also looked at Cummings Cove and loved it, but the monthly fees deterred us at this time. Have you selected a builder? I know you mentioned speaking with Amarx at one point and I have to say we are very pleased with them in getting the process started, they have been very responsive and helpful.

Builders are working on bids... we were really looking for a balance of community, activities and space.
