Well that was interesting but I have to say I would not live in a single tiny house they had on display. Not one had roof flashing or window flashing they rely on calk for everything. I'll get pictures up later.

I'm glad you took pictures. It was kind of a disaster for us because my dad kept insisting that he wanted one with a loft and that he'd have no problem climbing a ladder to sleep up there. This is an 84 year old man with dementia, balance issues and who can't climb a ladder if he wanted to. Sadly, his dementia has him believing he will be able to do way more than he actually can.

Looks like we'll be finishing the basement on the house we are planning to buy and turning it into an inlaw suite.
