Does anyone know where this development is? It is one of those sales by flyer deals, with prices too low to be true, but a relative has inquired about it. Flyer says convenient to Marion and Rutherfordton. Makes mention of Lake Lure.

There is a community called Great Sky in Todd NC but that is closer to West Jefferson, I think?

Yes, I saw the Todd location. This newer one says “ foothills”.

I'd avoid any "sales by flyer deals" like the plague.

It sounds like another company acquired the development and re-branded it after the foreclosure proceedings finished.
