Hi -- I have a pretty good grasp on home prices in Asheville, but what can I expect to pay to rent a 2/3 BR townhome, 1200-1600 sq.ft., in Asheville? Specifically, I'm looking at West Asheville and North Asheville.
Our townhome is on the high end for Asheville ~ it's in a really nice community. It's 3 bdrm/2 ba, 1600+ sf. Our rent after living here for 3 1/2 years is $975.00 a month. Water is incl. electricity is $150.00 a month without air/heat, $220-250 with air/heat.

Thanks.
You are going to pay $1.00+ per square foot in those areas. I have a 2500 square foot rental advertised right now in prime N Asheville (Grove Park) at $2700.
I want to know a number to call I am Cherokee Indian trying to move from Oklahoma to Asheville
Ashley & Angel: you are replying to an 8 yr. old post also. Since you are Cherokee, unless you must live in Asheville for some reason, you may want to investigate properties and/or rentals in or near Cherokee, NC, Cullowhee, NC or Murphy, NC at the far west end of the state. Best wishes.
