Help! Ted's Montana Grill closed. I need my bison fix. Please tell me there is a place in Wichita where I can get a nice juicy bison burger.

We're still researching Kansas, for settling in permanently and starting a bison ranch. Doesn't help you with the burger fix; timing's a bit slow. I know Lawrence has some amazing options for bison already, but it's the most likely place for liberals (and I'm way left of liberal, really) to settle. Problem with Lawrence is it's downwind of the Wolf Creek nuke facility, and I lost too many to Hanford's downwind radioactivity already. Any more liberals settled into Wichita since you wrote on it before, goaliefight? And have you found that burger, yet?

It's just the Ted's on the east side isn't it? I thought the Ted's on the west side was still open. The one on the east side had a location that was easily overlooked.

Both Ted's are closed - in fact, Ted's has closed restaurants in Omaha, KC, Wichita, Chicago, Raleigh, and the D.C. area.

Why not support the Kansas bison producers directly and buy some of their meats to cook at home?

It's been over a year. Has a tasty bison burger surfaced?

Does anyone know what they are doing with the add-on at Ted's East? Looks like it is going to be a big building.

I told my hubby before Ted's closed that I wasn't going there anymore. Turner said Americans have too much already and should not get more. I thought, oh yeah? Well I think you have way too much yourself so why should I give you anymore of my money. LOL

Go to any Dillon's and buy bison burger meat and cook it yourself at home and save yourself gas on driving around.

Yep, good idea. Go to Jerseys around the corner. Sports bar but great food.
