Well, I wouldn't mind if they slowed things down for awhile to let the rest of the problems be worked on.

I don't know how much money each oil company makes in the state at the present time, but I bet it's enough that $400,000 to them, is like a dime to me.
If a person reads thru the NDIC link I posted above...it lists what were the rules, and shows the updated rules. Takes a while to get thru it, but pretty darn informative.
