whats the scoop for spring 2015? (Williston: rentals, how much, job outlook)

wondering if someone could give me and my husband the skinny on the construction job outlook for the spring. He is a superintendent by trade. He was headed out last spring but we had major vehicle things come up. All good to go now! Also if anyone knows how much money he will need to have in his pocket to "set up" shop..have the prices of rentals gone down some? I appreciate any info you can give us, he wants to take care of his family (4 kids) and me! Hard working, educated, trustworthy, clean cut, guy.Thanks for any info. you can provide.

Another tip....Read the many threads discussing the new construction projects, building etc in the Williston section of CD....often the major construction company names are mentioned....then do a web search and apply on their homepages....
