Driving through Washington County, WI (rich, car, office)

If you are driving thought Washington County in Wisconsin and got a citation. Your clock speed is rounded up. For example if an officer clock your at 41 mph, your citation will be round up to 45 mph. This was stated by an Officer in town of Rich field when a friend of my look into the officers car where speed check says 41 mph but written as 45 mph.

I'll keep that in mind next time I drive through there. What a scam. Usually I'm in and out pretty quick, since Ozaukee county is my destination... straight through on highway 60 is the norm.
