I have bought a LED TV from 6th Ave Electionic (in NJ) two month
ago (about $1450). what happen is i order it to my work place so i dont
have to be home to pick it up. when the package arrive i didnt inspect and sign the paper to let the delivery guy go. after work took the tv home open it and the tv is damaged. then i call the shipping company right away because it later at night one of the service guy told me to call there main
office the next day. to make this short later find out that the paper i
sign was saying the package come in perfect condition and was delivery. and now they use that to denied my claim. the email they sent me never say anything about open up and inspect the product. i have to go back to their website and read under the support section after the incident to find out. i have try call them to settle and even go through bbb but nothing have resolve. so do you think i can sue them in small court claim. please tell me what you think.

might be able to get some help from your credit card company.

Sounds like the usual UPS nastiness.

Should be some kind of warranty with it, maybe something else was wrong also so they have to take back pay return shipping and all.

I only buy from Amazon for this reason. White glove delivery, good return policy.
