Hello, throughout the year I have seen job postings for mostly the same positions at Gulfstream in Appleton. Does Gulfstream have a high employee turn-over rate? Are they hiring for the same positions and keeping those people? Do they hire for projects, get caught up, then lay those new hires off? Or are they just a crappy place to work and people just keep quitting? I would appreciate anyones insight, preferably someone that works there, or knows someone that does/has. Thanks

I can't speak to working there, but it looks like they're about to add quite a few jobs this year.

Gulfstream in Appleton is a great place to work. They are busy. I have never heard of a lay-off there. They are adding jobs right now as mentioned in a previous post.

Default Gulfstream Appleton is hiring over 150 people

The reason that Gulfstream is hiring so many people right now is due to the FAA approving two of their new aircraft for flight - one of them being the G650. They are currently backlogged until 2017 with new orders and need a lot of staff to make sure they can meet these orders. I can help you get into Gulfstream if interested...
