“We especially warn our Girl and Boy Scout groups,” said Scott Teuber, a canoe and kayak rental company owner in Sauk City, who tells such customers to stay on the far side of the river when floating past the beach.

Seeing grandma and grandpa in the nude could very well send a young child into a state of shock from which they might never recover.

I've never been there before but it drives me nuts how uptight we are as a society when it comes to nudity. For crying out loud as long as people don't fornicate who cares? People need to stop being a bunch of babies and think maybe if we don't try and conceal our bodies so much maybe teenagers would less likely to be so curious about the opposite sex.

i went canoeing past mazo's beach near 30 yrs ago, was 'shocked' not that there was nude volleyball going on but that there was even a beach like that in WI at all (small town thoughts pouring out of me there lol). I had friends that used to frequent the beach in the 80's.... near everyone was just there to sun and enjoy themselves but of course like anything else (ie cruising on East Wash in Madison, also big in the 80's) it just takes a few people acting like idiots that can ruin it for the others who are not..

i would bet over the years the crowds are much smaller then they used to be
