6 months ago today I got pulled over, 70 in a 55. I didn't have a license at the time (Didn't know that) I just didn't know I had to reinstate them after a 15 day suspension. So, they where suspended for 6 months. About 3 weeks ago I was pulled over AGAIN and the officer got me with driving while suspended.

So, what do you think is going to happen? My court date is in like 2 weeks.

Well I have a meeting with the DA Tuesday for a case he's trying to dismiss for me, so perhaps just talk to him then?

Go to a DMV office and reinstate your license, before the court date, before talking to the DA.

Prosecutors won't think about helping you out until you have a fully valid license.

Once you get that, many if not most prosecutors will offer to amend your ticket to a 0-point violation called "no driver's license on person." You would still have to pay the fine.

Not driving on a suspended license again would be a good step, too.

You seem to be involved with the justice system a bit more than is either normal or wise.

Operating while suspended in WI is not a traffic crime but this will not go away unless you do something to take care of it. It may be in your best interest to speak with a attorney who deals in traffic violations to at least get some pointers. For many, the fines keep adding up and they never dig themselves out!
