Wait, the definitive information on global warming can be found at a "libertarian anarchist" blog by authors that want heroin legalized. Wow. Good stuff.

Damn the peer reviewed scientific journals!

What's wrong with Alabama? Aside from the fact that it spends more federal money than it pays into the system, and does so more than all but 5 other states (all Republican strongholds as well)?

please stay with your types and leave us normal people alone. everyone will be happier that way.

thanks.
If you think you're "normal" or that rage isn't the default setting for the reddest counties in Wisconsin (because Glenn Grothman is such a laid back, unassuming politician), you're seriously delusional. Fortunately, it seems like most at c-d already know this.

DUH! they're taught that myth in school from grade school up and through college.
and the entertainment industry, dominated by the progressive liberals, also insert that into their stories.

truly orwellian watching what has taken place in society the last 40 years.
heck, 30 years ago it was 'global cooling' and 'the new ice age' and there was only 25 years of oil left on the planet......

crazy stuff.

ain't it funny. like i stated these rachel carson spawn have been hammering away using their flawed 'science' in efforts to control human behavior since the latter 1970s.

now a few of them got older and found this fraud to be quite the gold mine for them.

Yawn.

Thirteen of the fourteen warmest years on record have all occurred in the 21st century, and each of the last three decades has been warmer than the previous one, culminating with 2001-2010 as the warmest decade on record.

Sadly, we're starting to realize what a mistake it was to call climate change "global warming." Now everytime there's so much as half an inch of snow on the ground, you have a bunch of slack-jawed yokels cackling and braying about how much smarter they are than 99.9% of the scientific community.

True. I just am disappointed at the scientific literacy of this nation (along with most people). Even in undergrad in the late 80s when we were being exposed to global warming we were specifically told that the extremes would be more pronounced in both directions, some regions would get warmer, others colder, and that the average change of half a degree F doesn't really paint the picture of how extreme that is across the globe...

Anyway, I personally think along with civics (which is really needed in our society), statistics and atleast a primer on the scientific method and how the peer review system works needs to become a fundamental "every high school graduate" knows this thing.

wow, didn't realize you're so young. in the 80s, when your parents were going to school, the big thing was "global cooling" and "the new ice age". when they get back home, ask them about it as it was all the rage not only on madison's campus, but i'm sure throughout the 'educational' systems.

it was funny how serious those people took it back then, just like they did in the global warming fraudulent era. props to them keeping a straight face when they mention weather, aka 'climate change'.....like that's never happened before in the history of the earth.......
