I'm wondering, but what are the best routes for going about looking for a job in central WI, specifically the Wausau area? I'll be getting my degree this summer and would like to move there by spring of next year. Does anyone have any suggestions for the best places (for the price) to rent around the area, how different areas compare, etc.?

Craigslist seems to have good listings for places. Also if you're just looking for an apartment to start off, you may want to check out

Anywhere is pretty good with exception to the downtown area. Those are usually rundown.

If you have the internet, go to companies in the area and apply online for jobs, we hire a lot of people where I work that way - as we live in a small town in WI
