I am signed up with a company called Webeserve that pays per job finished. It looks good and seems to be honest but I want others who have tried the service to comment and give advice to how good this is. Thanks!

No it's crap and you're spamming. They advertise higher paying gigs but the reality involves, like, pennies.

Wanna work online from home? You're better off getting a skill, going onto a bidding freelance site for your first few gigs to build a portfolio and network, then get off that site and go completely solo.
