I left Company A because I was unhappy with a manager there and i was fed up. Company B came calling and I jumped on it. While Company B is nice. The workplace culture is weird and cold. I realized how much i missed culture, workload people of company A. My old coworkers and I still keep in touch frequently and they told me the manager was fired. Then Company A Offered me a position which is a move up. Does it look bad for me to leave after only being here for 5 months? Or should I forget Company A and stay at Company B.
I would jump back to company A. One of our BioMed Engineers left for another company that offered him more money, a company car ect. They told him he would be taking care of 11 clinics in 2 counties. He left and found that he was looking after 26 clinics in 4 counties. He was on the road all the time and his wife and two young kids seldom saw him. He did that for 9 months and came back to us. They still had not filled his position so we took him back.
