So they ask my husband back not for a second interview but ANOTHER one with someone else in the company and she says he doesn't have what they want for the job?

They called him yesterday to drive there today (2 hours away each way) for a time waster. He went to show he was willing "to do what it takes" by showing up with little notice.

I don't get these places. They have a laundry list of requirements, waste your time, then say you can't do the job.

I doubt they will find ANYONE to fit these positions the way they EXPECT the world and combine jobs into megajobs that no one with normal skills can do.

Hope they find the "genius" they are looking for who can do the work of three people in an 8 hour day.

He said to me that it was a hell of a job they expected and he went having no other prospects but this is just so frustrating.
