What are some long distance driving jobs/careers that do not require CDL or driving a big truck?
Many years ago I did courier work and chose all the long distance drives.
Course, back then, gas was a whole lot cheaper, the pay was better than what we get today and it was just over all a lot more pleasant.
I would check around for courier jobs...see where they go, how far out they go, etc. Many people do not like the longer routes, (which I do not understand...you get away from the city and can drive peacefully, not worrying about idiots darting in and out of your lane), so you may be able to find something there.
