Right now, I'm taking online classes at my local CC, since I can't drive, then I'll take online courses at an actual college. Can I still get a good job?

If a degree is required, most employers don't care where you got it as long as it's an accredited college. Others, especially big technical companies like Microsoft and Boeing that we have here, do consider the school, and also the GPA. The bigger thing to worry about is lack of experience, hopefully fewer experienced people are out of work and competing with you by the time you graduate.
Hopefully you will learn to drive by the time you start job hunting.
There is a poster on this site that has not car and cannot drive. He has a degree but cannot get to interviews unless someone drives him. It's a big detriment to get any job at all.
