How does job recruiters/managers view those who has been freelancing for five plus years? Do managers deemed them as "unemployable" and not follow suit to move forward with their application. Or do they move forth with the application. I am just asking because while attending school and time from time afterwards, I have been doing freelancing during that time. Does that hurt the job search or is it just a non-issue?
Should I or those whom are also freelancers just delete their resume and "start over" and replace it with a functional resume? Or Do they create a name of a company and assigned themselves an position?
