I recently attended a seminar regarding
Topgrading and came away very enthused about this methodology of hiring and promoting.
Has anyone on this board implemented Topgrading at their company and if so, what were your thoughts and experiences?
I've managed to get buy in from our CEO and CFO, but our CSO really balked at it. Ironically, it is his department that would benefit the most as our sales figured are down appreciably the past two quarters.
Any success stories? Any fails? Recommendations?
