In Oct 2012 I was called by my temp service. Another temp claimed Sexual harassment. I was suspended and after they found out it was not provable, I was then told 'Oh they had a layoff, people are gone" I then met a former co-worker (Just yesterday) and he said "Layoff? NOBODY got laid off"

The deed is done, I cannot go back, but for those who may come here later, what should I have done?

Nothing you can do. There was a layoff - you.

"Not provable" is that like "OJ was found not guilty" or what?

Yep. It was easier for them to just make the problem go away. Nothing you could have done about it.

Thanks all for the replies. I knew I had no legal standing. But wanted to make sure

EzPeterson "Not Provable" "She says he said this, he says he did not" No way to prove as there were no witnesses.
