People may not realize that It's a VERY tough job.
Many people do not last so, even if you do not make the first cut there is a very good chance you will be called back. The rules now are so strict that people are weeded out fairly regularly. You are timed, tracked and monitored for every part of your day. If you miss a scan point you will be disciplined, if you do not lock your back door you will be disciplined, if you do not curb your wheels you will be disciplined. They all seem like basic, easy things to do but when it's 10 degrees out and you have to run a package to a door across snow and ice, forgetting to curb your wheels happens. If someone on a route inspection notices it, you will be disciplined. Just want you to know the job isn't a simple stroll from house to house!

So sad that so many jobs that could actually be enjoyable and fulfilling have been ruined with petty crap like the above.
