Haha, there was one republican politician in Tennessee going so far as to say, it would be unamerican for Volkswagen to allow that vote to transpire. Silly how worked up they get over a whole lot of nothing.

The NLRB was started in 1935. It was there before Obama. It will be around after Obama.

Was it a puppet agency for all of the other presidents?

Since VW supported the move to a works council, I doubt there will be an issue.
